Built for DMs. Built for players. Built for the whole table.
Stats for players. A playbook for the DM. A permanent record for the whole table.
How it works
Upload your session
Drop in a recording from your session or enter stats manually. Both paths work. The recording gives you more.
CritSheet reads every moment
Every word, every stat, every character beat. CritSheet works through the whole session and finds what matters.
Your campaign record builds
CritSheet, player profiles, NPC dossiers, and your prep brief. All built from what actually happened at your table. Nothing invented.
After every session
Every session ends with a CritSheet: MVP hero card, stat leaders, play-by-play, and a session summary. The stat line your players will actually share.

Stat Leaders

CritCards
Achievement cards unlock as career stats build. Moment cards are curated from real session highlights and stay with players forever. Every card is tied to something that actually happened.
The Headbutt
Torgun headbutted the enforcer before the party could attempt diplomacy. Every peaceful option closed in that instant.
The Keyring Heist
Pickpocketed the sergeant's keyring mid-combat. Nobody noticed. Every locked door in the garrison became an exit.
Rode the Mast Down
The sea serpent destroyed the aft mast. Torgun rode it to the deck and landed standing.
Three Consecutive
Finch scored three consecutive critical hits on the serpent's exposed back from the rigging. His position in the ropes gave him angles nobody on deck could reach.
Rare and legendary cards are foil. Legendary cards never stop.
Your character
Every character gets a public profile with career totals, personal records, session history, and a growing CritCard collection. Share the link. No account needed to view it.

For the Dungeon Master
Everything CritSheet surfaces comes from your sessions. It reads what happened and reacts to it. The story, the characters, the creative process: those stay yours.
Before every session, CritSheet reads your full campaign history and puts three things in front of you: the NPC threads and player promises that still haven't paid off, the narrative questions only you can answer before you sit down, and what your players' actual numbers have been telling you. Nothing made up. All sourced from your sessions.
Every NPC the party has ever met gets a living dossier: who they are, their disposition, what happened last time, what they want, what they fear, every unresolved thread. Updated from your sessions. Never forget a name again.
Ask anything about your campaign and get answers grounded in what actually happened. Who has the party met? What do they owe? What has been left unresolved? Your whole campaign history, searchable.
When a campaign closes, every stat gets its moment. MVP, most dangerous, best healer, and more. The ceremony your players actually deserve, built from the numbers they earned.
For DMs who want to go deeper
Audio sessions unlock per-session coaching notes across five categories: narration, encounter design, character awareness, NPC performance, and player engagement. All grounded in your actual transcript, not general advice. As coached sessions build up, your DM Mirror develops: a candid portrait of your storytelling style, your real strengths, your blind spots, and where you are heading as a Dungeon Master.
Built by a DM
I'm Trevor. I built CritSheet for my own Tomb of Annihilation campaign because I kept forgetting NPC names, losing track of what players did three sessions ago, and walking into game nights with nothing but vibes.
So I built the thing I wanted to exist. It grew from there. If you're a DM who has ever shown up underprepared, or a player who has ever done something legendary and had no proof of it, this is for you.
